However, the decor looked quite outdated and needed a serious upgrade. The check-in process went smoothly, which was a relief. I enjoyed the quiet and serene surroundings of the hotel, perfect for relaxation. However, I was disappointed that there was no room service available, which is usually a standard offering. Housekeeping seemed slow too, as I had to request service every day. During my stay, the staff was friendly but disorganized. I faced confusion regarding housekeeping, as my bed wasn't made by the time I returned in the afternoon, even after I'd left for several hours. I also noticed that the elevators were slow, which added to the overall inconvenience.
